First Tracks equips our clients with well-written, organized content. We specialize in analyzing, writing and editing complex and technical information for all audiences, but offer a range of writing activities, from brochures to books.

Karen M. Johnson founded First Tracks in 2000. Ms. Johnson holds a BA in English from the University of Maryland, and has a decade of experience as a research analyst, technical writer and editor.

Our network of professional writers, editors and researchers ensures that all clients are paired with an expert who understands their needs.

First Tracks offers a confidentiality agreement to all clients and never shares content or contact information with outside parties. All samples on this site are provided with express permission.
